I currently work as a continuous improvement technician in the aeronautical sector, collaborating with the production control team for process optimization and the implementation of the Lean methodology in the GAZC machining plant in Seville.I began my work experience managing investment and construction maintenance projects in the railway sector in Cuba, managing conflicts focused on problem-solving. After completing the professional internship, I moved to the services sector, where I collaborated with the Logistics department in supply chain management and stock optimization at the GESIN company.I moved to Ecuador to begin new challenges and during the 2 years that I lived in the country, I was linked to the services sector, coordinating educational projects and providing customer service focused on the Marketing strategy of Oxford Language School of Ecuador.I am an Industrial Engineer and recently completed a Master's Degree in Industrial Organization and Business Management.My purpose is to promote a business culture focused on problem-solving, team management, and the professional improvement of each employee.
