• Monthly forecast planning, defining strategies Go to Market, prices, campaigns, POP materials and all supply chain of the products.• Working on daily basis following up on sales forecast achievement, purchase orders, client’s inventory, Sell In – Sell Out, accounts payable and receivable, US products availability or discontinues, meaning on fully coverage of the supply chain from client placing POs to product delivered and sold to the final consumer.• Owner and project lead for Kraft brands, developing strategies to achieve targets and increase sales for Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua with also the negotiation of the innovations with the clients (distributors and supermarkets).

• Lead of two projects with the goal to improve logistic processes, container utilization (VFR), regional regulations, maximum capacities, products consolidation restrictions, security service supplier and any other stakeholder involved in the supply chain.• Airfreight processes and metrics owner for Latin America, giving visibility of budget consumption and targets to the vertical organizations within the company.
