• Assessing, recommending, proposing, and implementing new strategies and procedures in order to improving the management of the department. • Preparing local and global reports and presentations (Product Quality Review, Site Compliance Review, monthly and quarterly reports). • Accomplishing quality assurance by establishing standards and guidelines; monitoring of deviations from the set standards; identifying problems through statistical analysis or trends. • Stability studies management. Define, implement and manage the stability plan together with management. • Complaints management. Be a contact between Alcobendas spain and affiliates over the world. GMP training and GMP documentation management.• Mantein and manage Quality Master Data.• Participate in meetings/teleconferences with global and local Quality Management team. • Implement and support the Quality Management system and its ongoing maintenance.

• Coordination of data migration between local team and headquarters. • Support business areas through effective consultation. Actively participate in team meetings. • QM module implementation (Quality Management) and support other SAP-modules: PP (Production Planning), MD (Master Data), MM (Material Management), WM (Warehouse Management), etc. • Design new Process and workflows; Support the implementation of process improvements and provide feedback on effectiveness of implementation, challenges and best practices. • Planning and control of project activities. • Planning and coordinate team tasks. • Training and technical support to SAP users. • Documentation management: technical documentation system, manual of procedure (steps, coding), end-user manuals, training material (case studies, examples).

• Consulting, analysis, formulation and implementation of environmental projects. • Planning staffing needs and managing personnel assigned. • Prepare written reports of finished project, audit observations, including an assessment of compliance.• Assess adequacy of audited action plan. Monitoring the field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes.
