Youth Soccer coach since 2014; start my coaching career in Miami Strikeforce, club where I learned the value of the development and the importance that this sport can help our future generations, I start my coaching career as assistant coach(2 years)(u11-u16)charge that help me to improve my leadership no only with players(kids) also with parents, the impact that a good leadership can affect in a Youth development and the parents enrollment thru the process, is something that you can't learn in a classroom, this previous experience as a assistant coach provided me the abilities/skills to work together with parents and be successful and Yuth development; I actually have USSF C Lincense and looking forward to start the B license and keep improving in my coaching development, because my mentality is that never is a job done there is always something new to learn!I have at this moment 10 year of experience since I start in a recreational program before start the development in a competitive adventure I'm a devoted person in what I do(teaching) And always think that every kid deserve the right to learn even if don't have the same skills than teammates Always respectful and open to have a conversation about my coaching experience
