Project: CI/CD Pipeline Automation and Cost Reduction with FinOps• Context: The company was facing difficulties in delivering new functionalities for its critical systems due to slowness and inconsistency in its CI/CD processes, in addition to high cloud infrastructure costs, without an efficient cost control strategy.• Solution: Implemented complete CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI and custom Python scripts to automate tests, builds and deployments. Additionally, I implemented cost monitoring scripts based on AWS Lambda and CloudWatch, developed in Python, which automated resource utilization analysis and applied automatic shutdown policies to inactive instances.
