1. Supervise the work of the Main Office Operations Staff, Managers of Branches and Area Coordinators both in Venezuela and abroad 2. Follow up on the elaboration of the proforma, review it to ensure that it is send to the clients in the established period, well calculated and without omissions 3. Review and accept client nominations or applications and any changes to the same 4. To make constant pursuit to the benefit of the service of Ship agency and Protectors in each branch by reviewing the records generated during the development of the activities 5. Identify the non-compliant service and keep track of it 6. Ensure that all operations are carried out in strict compliance with guidelines established in the procedures 7. Attending, recording, analyzing, and dealing with customer complaints 8. Analyze causes of nonconformities and establish corrective actions, in cases where I applied to avoid any delay in dispatching the vessel 9. Analyze possible causes of potential nonconformities and establish actions preventive .10. Ensure the proper functioning of the System Company 11. Ensure compliance with financial operations relevant to port payments to avoid any delay in dispatching the vessel 12. Maintain daily communication with customers and/or branches to obtain information concerning the ships, situation/news, etc., for the good development of the business 13. Maintain good interpersonal relationships with the other departments in the Main Office (Accountability, Administration, etc.) 14. To follow up on the crew members of the vessels who are receive from the various operators or ship owners. 15. Inform the branch office where the crewmembers will go and at the same time inform the airport liaison and/or representative who carries out the pertinent actions for the due government permits required.

1. Ensure the running of the branch office. 2. Review and accept requests for protective services in those cases where there is a contract or agreement. 3. Ensure a records file has been prepared for each service. 4. Record the Captain’s requirements and select from the List of Accepted Suppliers which to suggest to the Captain. 5. Verify ship product or service supplier invoices. 6. Manage, with the Vice President of Operations and/ or Vice President of Administration, returns, exchanges, or claims to suppliers. 7. Review and approve the record file for each voyage, the generated documents for each voyage, and ensure their preservation and maintenance. 8. Make sure the customer evaluates each service rendered. 9. Identify training needs of personnel in the area 10. Propose the training effectiveness evaluation system for training actions of personnel under its responsibility. 11. Analyze the causes of potential non-conformities and establish preventive actions when applicable.12. Guarantee compliance with timely delivery of voyage administrative records to Account Settlement 13. Recruitment, selection, hiring and staff induction. 14. Any other activities assigned by the Operations Vice Presidency, Operations General Management and/or Operations Coordination

Prepare the records file for each service. 4. Request ETA’s from the Captains and forward them at the end according to the Provision of Service Procedure: 96, 72, 48, 24, and 12 hours. 5. Prepare, and send to customers, a message with ETA’s sent to the terminal attached. 6. Coordinate the canal pilot service with the Harbormaster. 7. Coordinate the boat to take the canal pilot and the stevedore ashore (only Maracaibo). 8. Coordinate the legal visit of the port authorities and coordinate the necessary vehicles to transport them from their offices to the ship. 9. Send arrival times to the customer, according to the provision of service procedure. 10. Apply for the operations permit and the respective dispatch from Customs. 11. Decide for stevedoring pilot and canal pilot (when applicable). Request departure times and fuel status to fill out the port log and inform the customer. 12. Comply with Alcohol and Drug Policies. 13. Comply with requirements from our customers.
