ASM Scale Models fabricates architectural models for architects and developers for domestic and international clients. My duties include: developing business structure for future expansion into other markets. Expanding the marketing/sales department, new website and improving social media presence.

Brought in to re-structure and reorganize company processes and workflows. Designed and customized online CRM and project management software in order to improve communication, client management and record keeping. In less than 6 months aided in making the business profitable for the first time since its inception. The Vuka team grew from one staff member to five full time staff members plus several part time contractors.

Imago Dei is a creative arts firm specializing in Custom Murals, Decorative Finishes, Faux Finishes, Fine Art and Public Art. We have been in business for over 10 years and have offices in Austin and Houston. We have over 1,000 sample boards showcasing our finishes, a working painting studio, and an in-house production room. As General Manager my duties include: sales/marketing, client relations, project management, product design and staff training and hiring.

Vuka is a community space for event rentals and co-working and serves as a community hub in South Austin. The monthly art nights serve as a way to showcase local contemporary art. The event not only features art, but also short films, sculpture and interactive art. Each art night donates part of the proceeds from sales to a local charity.

The American Society of Interior Designers ASID) is a community of people – designers, industry representatives, educators and students – committed to interior design.While I was on the board I helped organize events and monthly general meetings for the chapter. General meetings involved seeking a different showroom every month to host 30-40 Interior Designers.
