SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:Professional Security Consultant, with a primary focus on Federal Law Enforcement, using vast education, training and direct experience, gained while serving in the Military, Federal Law Enforcement, Department of State, Department of Defense, and Human Resources.As President of SOG-I my primary job responsibilities and duties are but not limited to the following; ➢ Consult and ensure all lines of business within SOGI’s four (4), Divisions; Technical Security Services (TSS), Polygraph Examinations, Unexploded Ordnance Operations (EOD/UXO) with Tactical Training, and Construction with Procurement Management to ensure its operating efficiently within the budget set forth by the CEO, CFO and board of directors of the company. ➢ Work and consult with senior-level managers of (4) divisions to devise a strategic plan that will generate revenues, create new opportunities for the business and help the company to remain competitive in the marketplace. ➢ Imply strong emphasis on cost management to critical components of the company success.➢ Work closely and in direct alignment with the strategic mergers and acquisitions department to spot opportunities in the marketplace, wherein SOGI may be in a position to support a struggling business or a competitor, creating a market share advantage over others.Other responsibilities include but not limited to; • Overseeing the company's investor relations department, shareholders, public communications, implementing with reviewing government / state contracts, financial statements, analyst conference calls, creating company, performance objectives, evaluating high- or low-performing businesses and teams, appearing in news media to proactively represent the company, attending congressional (Legislative or Public) policy hearings, participating in special events for philanthropic purposes or to generate new business with clients and having a strong managerial presence of overseas operations.

SOG-I entered a bid to build the border wall for the US-Mexico border.

To include clearance and access of personnel, material and equipment to project sites; management of controlled areas for classified construction; management of personnel, materials and equipment to controlled areas.•Forecast personnel, equipment and weapons needs (with sufficient time to allow for appropriate acquisition)•Review weapon qualifications for security personnel•Create internal controls within the department to minimize risk and liability•Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, and applicable laws to all local governmental and military regulations

As a Safety Officer and Leading Chief Weapons Instructor for Maritime Expeditionary Squadron Three (MESG-1), and Coastal Riverine Group (CORIVGRU) 1. I was in charge of safety programs and training evolutions for Small Arms and Crew Served Weapons Training for Embarked Security Combat Skills (ESCS). I managed training and qualifications for all Range Safety Officers and line coaches assuring uniform safety standards and the highest quality of safety instruction during the high risk range events. I developed and trained in standardizing range procedures across the entire ESCS program of 20 navy personnel staff, including but not limited to implying vital and employing Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA), Naval Safety Center (NAVOSH) regulations, and OPNAV INSTRUCTION 3591.1F. Pre-planned and executed 63 ESCS classes that included over 2100 students of Small Arms and Crew Served Weapons ranges. In addition, I was able to improve the safety course of instruction prior to the weapons firing, inspected all the weapons prior to the events and resulted in the safe firing of over 400,000 rounds of small arms and crew served ammunition without casualty and zero discrepancies.
