Drawing from my ability to foresee, problem solve, and mitigate challenges, as Technical Facilities Engineer I provide technical direction to multiple IT teams as well as operations and telephony support. I report to the Vice President and Senior Director on key global projects offering them direction and insight, and manage three direct staff members and multiple contractors. Achieved long-term business goals by coordinating detailed schedules and timelines and actively mitigating project obstacles.☛ Restructured the monthly and yearly performance recognition program for sales agents and saved 5% year-over-year (YOY).☛ Successfully co-authored a comprehensive business continuity plan during the 2017 Atlantic hurricane season that was activated and successful in not affecting guest activities.☛ Currently involved in key project to migrate telecommuters to new infrastructure and yield 10-12% of increased productivity and uptime. Actively identified roadblock dependencies in developing the SOW which occurred in the final phases of the project. Upon completion it will save approximately $250K in downtime compensation YOY.

As Technical and Facilities Consultant, I primarily supported increased customer satisfaction and employee performance by selecting, implementing, and maintaining new technologies, products, and global information systems.A few key achievements in this role include:✪ Single-handedly designed and integrated a video distribution system for communicating simultaneously to onsite and remote staff members. The new zone also yielded a 30% improvement in the timely adoption of information by teleworkers.✪ Implemented a company-wide system for distributing information and content, which decreased e-mail communication with agents by 18% and increased savings by 30%.✪ Introduced onsite and virtual technologies for the creation of visual training materials for sales and service agents by leveraging and retooling existing applications and infrastructure. In this position I planned and executed an inclusion plan for the contact center teleworker where inclusion, support, and recognition were disjoined. I built an Agile physical infrastructure to adapt to departmental needs as they changed and evolved. I also developed a plan to improve utilization of shared physical resources including conference, training, broadcast, and breakout rooms.A few key achievements in this role include:◆ Implemented virtual technologies to design a broadcasting system for senior leaders to engage with onsite and remote personnel, which optimized the reporting of critical time-sensitive data to agents.◆ Planned and led the remodeling of the company site involving multiple aesthetic and functional upgrades and improvements to the existing structure.◆ Created an effective multi-media distribution platform for the sales floor that was completed in 2013.

As Office Administrator I oversaw all daily contact center operations and served as primary IT liaison. Among other responsibilities I planned and developed the budget and engaged with vendors and third-parties.
