CurrentHead of a team of up to 14 engineers, I am responsible for the delivery of MDM software projects for Mexico. My current activities are:• Attend meetings with customers to ensure that projects are delivered within scope and negotiate on a win-win manner, having in mind the company benefit.• Manage PMs and technical team with agile methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.• Collaborate with other Siemens’ regions such as US, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Qatar for project delivery.• Collaborate with external suppliers from China and Canada to ensure specifications compliance• Facilitate work between different areas and my team• Collaborate with sales to define technical scope and effort/time estimation of projects.• Create a career development plan for each team individual• Promote and encourage innovation in the team with customer centricity.• Manage resources, productivity forecasting, team demand vs availability, team results and project status.
