I am responsible for the delivery of Meter Data Management software projects for Mexico. Leader of groups greater than 10 engineers. I have been involved in:• Managing PMs and technical teams with agile methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.• Collaborate with other regions such as US, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Qatar for project delivery.• Be sure that projects are delivered within scope and negotiate with customers on a win-win manner, having in mind the company benefit.• Collaborate with external suppliers from China and Canada to ensure specifications compliance• Collaborate with sales to define technical scope and effort/time estimation of projects.• Facilitate work between different areas and my team• Create a career development plan for each team individual • Promote and encourage innovation in the team considering customer centricity.• Manage resources and productivity forecasting.• Manage and report to different levels team demand vs availability, team results and project status.• Team coordination to support PM schedules, activity tracking, software development projects proposer and leader, open points tracking with suppliers and customer ticket tracking. Ensure solution delivery to be compliant with local regulations.• SW developer, Server administrator, creator of virtualized environments for systems, ETL processes implementor, SW tester, customer trainer. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL, Windows & Linux OS, IT infrastructure administrator.
