About Luis Bucio
Customs Improvement Coordinator conducting a implementation software for North American sites for customs classification, origin calculation and customs entries submission, in previous years, I was a Foreign Trade Coordinator at Shared Services Center for Valeo North America Inc. (automotive supplier and partner of all OEM manufacturers in the region). Specialized in Free Trade Agreements, managing customs information, implementing tax strategies and tariff engineering for 20 productive sites (around 15,000 part numbers total). Leading a team of three FTA analysts, our most recent achievement was the approval to provide our service to Valeo US/CA sites what generates significant savings avoiding third parties and changing in-house the activity, expanding our knowledge towards US FTAs and the management of all North American customs clearances. Co-conducted a Focus Assesment from the CBP.
