Work in the architectural service phases LPH 1-3, LPH 5 & LPH 7 and processing of the following construction projects: 1. New construction of an ensemble with two single-family houses in Munich (residential house and separate office & guest house) with approx. 600m² living space: 1.1 Implementation Planning 1.2 Detailed Planning 1.3 Interior & Furniture Design 2. Collaboration and independent analysis in an urban planning competition (mixed use of residential and commercial). 3. New construction of a single-family house at the English Garden in Munich with 530 m² living space. Evaluation and analysis of offers from various trades and preparation of a price comparison as the basis for the award decision.
