- Management of the launch of new product to be installed in plant through different support areas (Cross functional team)- Coordinate Prototype's phases from customer requirement ( Run@Rate, Prototype Requirements, Samples for Product Test)- Focus on Scrap reduction on program.- Validation / Debugging of equipments at supplier facilities & In Plant.- Coordinate/Implement Engineering changes on Production Line ( Documentation, Samples, update system and equipment from production cell)- Develop Product Dimensional Performance to achieve Ppk/Cpk.- Management of KPI's of Line ( OEE, Scrap, Downtime, Rate) - Attend customer meeting to follow up project activities (Issues, Complaint, Engineering changes)- Create Documentation of Product ( Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Sheet, Log book)- Review Packaging Spec, Layout, TAKT, Balance of cell.-Document incidence of Project phases ( Scrap, Downtime, PDCA, Action Plan)- Follow Up Gates review of Project.- Use of systems (SAP, Enterproj, Excel, ppt, etc)

- Management of Assembly Line & Process for Head Lamps, Rear Lamps, Instrument Panel, Consoles.- Performance, management & Control ( SPC Charts, Warranty Analysis, OEE, Scrap, Downtime)- Use of problem solving methodologies (Fishbone, 5 why, 8Ds, PDCA, Kaizen)- Develop Controls & Implementation of Poke Yokes on Assembly Line.- Management & Leadership of Engineering changes (PPAP Requirements / Incorporation / BOM)- Create & Manage Documentation (Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Sheet, Log Book)- Welding Process Setup ( Parameters, Dimensional capacity "Cpk", Standardize of Tool) - Knowledge of different technologies of Welding processes ( Hot Plate, Vibration, Ultrasonic, Infraweld, Laser, Heat Stake)- Validation of Equipment at Supplier Facilities prior to release the machines to Plant.

- Tool transfer management and molding process configuration (molding process development, review and tracking of tooling problems, standard packaging development, dimensional in specifications)- Provide production support in the molding start-up process (changeover, staff leadership to start production)- Attend the weekly meeting with the client to report the status of the transfer of tools.

- Manage of Tool Yields ( OEE, Ef. of Cycle, FRC, Scrap)- Develop Actions Plans to improve Molding Yields- Operate Molding Machines and develop Molding Process- SMED Methodology- Manage of Tool Documentation ( Control Plan, PFMEA, Proces Sheet, Molding Guideline)
