• In charge of envisioning, planning and delivery of new test equipment and updating/modifying old ones based in specifications created by Product Engineering-Validation Engineering. Working closely with project managers and teams of different areas such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Manufacturing Sciences and Administration, providing guidance that ensures the compliance and regional alignment of Corporate Security policies.• Coordination of multiple teams that cover:o Updates and/or modifications of test stands according to Laboratory requirements. This includes design and development of Control Program using Labview as the main language.o Activities of quoting, selecting suppliers, ordering and follow-up for the design and/or build of test equipment.o Test Equipment Calibrations and manuals.o Technical Training covering all Corporate Levels.o Creation, follow up and close 5 Phase documents.o 5 s methodologies are applied in the correct order to the various teams in all company ranges.o ISO 14000 / TS 16949 support in the Lab.o Repair, Debug and maintenance test stands.o Generate debugging reports in a weekly basis.o Maintenance activities such as Create/Modify/Update electrical diagrams of test machines.o Provide support to Product engineering in new test development.
