I conduct advanced technical analysis to exploit digital networks for intelligence gathering purposes. My responsibilities comprise of a range of activities including SIGINT Development (SIGDEV), network mapping, and access development, contributing significantly to national security objectives. I execute advanced SIGINT techniques to intercept and analyze encrypted communications within a high-priority target network, ultimately uncovering key operational details and facilitating targeted cyber operations.Digital Network Exploitation Analyst· Leads SIGDEV efforts to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in adversary communications systems, contributing to the acquisition of critical intelligence.· Provide knowledge sharing on technical expertise and tool usage as appropriate to government and military analysts. Performs SIGINT research and target development to provide technical analysis support for National Security Agency-Target Office of Primary Interest (TOPI)· Formulates methodologies to gain access to systems and subsequent collection opportunities to provide intelligence on capabilities and intent.· Develops and refines SIGDEV methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection processes.· Conducts in-depth analysis of intercepted signals to discern patterns, trends, and potential targets for further exploitation.· Leverages automated agency tools and manual techniques to create detailed maps depicting network architecture, device configurations, and interconnections.

· Executes analysis at various levels to include GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT and HUMINT.· Performs agency standardized queries to triage and enumerate large scale networks. in support of the Office of Special Investigation (OSI) Cyber Investigation and Operations (CI&O) Program; executes Cyber Threat Pursuit (CTP) of criminal and espionage cyber threats for USAF/USSF/DoD through LE/CI investigations and operations supporting field units.Cyber Discovery Exploitation Analyst· Assists CPT teams in developing targets by analyzing adversary’s computer network activities to produce concise technical reports on the cyber threat landscape, APT cyber-attack vectors, and security trends in the public and private sectors.· Conducts Threat Hunting and network traffic analysis using Kibana, Wireshark, Linux, and Windows tools to parse traffic for malicious activity.· Performs cybersecurity focused analysis by initiative or in response to identify threats to the client’s operational environment and its enterprise activities.· Performs daily review of cyber threat warnings, bulletins, alerts and incident reporting documentation and databases.

Served as a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) for a National Mission Team (NMT) in support of U.S. Army Cyber Command and Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C); conducts daily intelligence analysis to provide cyber support to key Intelligence Community partners; performs target development and the analysis of reporting signals intelligence to enable Title 10 Offensive Cyberspace Operations; conducts advanced analysis of multi-discipline intelligence collection ensuring accurate target continuity, profiling, and development of techniques to gain more target network information; responsible for the welfare and training of seven Soldiers.

Served as a representative in the joint, multi-national organization, the United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission (UNCMAC) at the Joint Security Area (JSA) within the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). In charge of maintaining 24/7 communications capabilities with the North Korean People's Army (KPA); Monitored and reported all KPA activity in the JSA.
