Work remotely and onsite with pre-allocated accounts through different stages of their development cycle such as requirements gathering, system configuration, proof of concept, software architecture, software library design, custom training among other offerings.Mostly focused on Hardware in the Loop (HIL) Systems for Verification and Validation within the Automotive Space including Signal Level Electric Vehicles Hardware in the Loop (EV HIL).

Work closely with accounts that use National Instruments software and hardware tools for Real Time Test and Hardware in the Loop, primarily Automotive and Aerospace. A Staff Systems Engineer in National Instruments has to evaluate the technical risk involved in using our tools for a specific application. Also helps closing the gap between the current offering of our tools with what the customers really need by developing APIs or Custom Devices.

As a Field Systems Engineer my responsability is to help the sales team providing more confidence to customers within a technical perspective, reducing the risk envolved in purchasing a Software & Hardware solution. My main activity in this role is developing Proofs of Concept that show the customer that a particular need can be met using National Instruments technology. Most of this applications are related to Embedded or Test Systems primarily based on cRIO and PXI platforms using LabVIEW Real Time and LabVIEW FPGA.

As a Field Applications Engineer for Central America & Caribbean I was in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction as well as providing a technical reference to the sales team. Most of my responsabilities felt into one of the following activities: Onsite Technical Support, Startup Assistance, Hands On Seminars, Open Doors Events, Teaching Trainings, Proofs of Concept, Demo Creation.During this period I gained some expertise working with Embedded Systems within the Energy Segment and Machine Condition Monitoring Solutions
