I am a Medicaid Provider Enrollment Trainer Lead at Intervoice, a leading provider PMP solutions for healthcare organizations. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and customer service industry, I am a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Puerto Rico, with certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.In my current role, I conduct user acceptance testing for the implementation of the Provider Enrollment Portal for the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
