Dec 2007 - June 2017 - Onsite Support Engineer (Various Accounts)-Onsite and centralised support including general problem solving and service requests for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printing, ip phones, network, VC, applications, etc for several accounts including Westpac, ANZ, DOW Chemicals, Philips, Thomson Reuters and OfficeMax.- Technologies used/supported included Windows 7, Windows Server 03/08/12, Active Directory, MS SCCM, VMWare, MS Office 10/13/16, VoIP, Lotus Notes, McAfee EPO Orchestrator, Citrix, Adobe Suite, IE, Chrome, Firefox, plus many others.- Oncall support for Westpac Intel team. Responsible for after-hours infrastructure issue resolution.- Primary onsite resource for Thomson Reuters analog to VOIP migration project, including PABX decommission and switch upgrades.- Primary DOW Chemicals onsite resource during 2 workstation refresh rollouts.- Auckland Tech Lead and PIV resource for Westpac Windows 7 rollout project.- Successfully tested all functionality in preparation for the Westpac Domino/Notes migration to Exchange/Outlook to ensure a correct and timely transition.- Primary onsite resource for Onepath analog to VOIP migration project.- Multiple server and network device installs/decommissions, client SOE upgrade projects, site relocations and internal personnel moves across all supported accounts.

Onsite Support for all Westpac Retail branches between Pukekohe and Warkworth. Responsible for resolving IT incidents and actioning IT service requests, moves and changes for Westpac's retail branches for wider Auckland.
