R-G Crown Bank was acquired by Fifth Third Bank in November 2007. The Bank had grown from $600 million in assets in 2002 to $3.5 billion in 2007. Responsible for all accounting and reporting activities, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, BOD reporting, SEC reporting, and press releases. Part of the management group in charge of the financial restatement process.

Responsible for the management and implementation of the bank's enterprise risk program, including the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulation.

Manager in-charge of implementation of new accounting systems such as: cost control, commission, product profitability, client profitability, and fixed assets. Supervision of the loan servicing accounting system (mortgage, personal and leasing loans). Monthly preparation of the activity base model for financial reporting. In-charge of A/R and A/P control for all departments. Responsible for all regulatory reports.

Auditor in charge of the following bank departments: treasury and investment, trust, IT, mortgage loan, leasing loans, and Broker Dealer Company. Worked with the FDIC in their annual bank audit.
