About Luis Ceja

As the Director of Operations I oversee all aspects of the companies back office. I am the direct supervisor for all case managers, tax attorneys, enrolled agents, tax prepares, customer service agents, and documents specialists. I developed all procedures and policies currently in place. Under my leadership we have greatly improved the customer service provided to all clients. This has resulted in a significant decrease in complaints and an increase in positive reviews demonstrating customer satisfaction. Furthermore, my leadership has contributed to an increase in closed cases. The average has more than tripled since my policies have been in place. Apart from improving customer service I am also an experienced trainer. I have designed a training and development program that ensures all new hires are properly trained and all current staff is up to date with tax knowledge. I also created a sub division to our sales department. I directly oversaw the formation of the team and developed all materials necessary for the team to excel such as the sales script and marketing materials.
