I have been working in a call center industry for 7 years. I started as a customer service representative and then move to the technical support position. During 2021 I moved to the Quality Assurance department as a QA, then 2 years later I become a QA Team Leader. I have good people skills and presentation skills; I have experience creating action plans to help team members to develop their skills based on quality assurance.I am a very proactive person and try to look for new methodologies and opportunities to help others and make everything more automatic. I have experience using google suit which is an excellent tool to provide visibility among operations and analyze data to provide accurate insights. Something that stand me out from others on my previous work experience was my presentation skills, the easy way I organize the data to have everybody to understand clearly what needs to be improve.
