I use my fluent English, certified by IELTS and the Duolingo English Test, to communicate effectively with customers from different countries and cultures and to solve their problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas and have developed various technical skills, such as VBA macros, SQL, C# and Excel. I also worked as a Systems Administrator at Alcoa, where I managed the EHS system and developed reports for internal communication with all national and international plants. I'm always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing and exploring 3D modeling and sculpting, as well as being a pet parent.
