The Command Financial Specialist (CFS), as the officially designated command representative, is the core of the Personal Financial Management (PFM) program. The basic function of the CFS is to provide financial education and training, counseling and information referral at the command level. The CFS establishes, organizes and administers the command’s PFM program. The CFS at the command level is the first line of defense against financial mismanagement. CFS function's as the Command’s principal advisor on policies and matters related to Personal Financial Management. CFS facilitates financial classes through military training and when personal financial assistance is needed.

-Successfully, conducted the coordination and execution of all humanitarian support operations in the Ghazi and Pano Aqil areas of operations in Pakistan. -Overall efforts with Pakistan leaders, air traffic controllers, and World Food Program representatives directly contributed to the distribution of humanitarian relief supplies and supervision of over 700 airfield clearances. A direct result of efforts were delivery of over 13 million pounds of humanitarian support and evacuations of 26,000 people. An MMT is trained and equipped to provide initial rapid response Air Traffic Control (ATC), and command, control, and communications to support Marine Air Ground Task Force joint missions. MMT's support operations at air sites, forward arming and refueling points, rapid ground refueling points or lagger points. As a stand alone ATC capability, the MMT can task-organize toprovide ATC services for airfield seizures, noncombatant evacuation operations, domestic or foreign humanitarian assistance operations, civil assistance operations, and other short duration MAGTF/joint operations.
