- Responsible for one Business Unit that currently generates over + $8 MM USD on yearly sales, as well in charge for the Personal.- Currently leading a Team that compiles the following operations: Customer Service, Warehouse Logistics Operations (Receiving - Picking - Shipping), Quality and Implementation.- Managing and monitoring Inventory, working with E & O reports to decrease obsolescence as well reducing the Excess levels.- Actively handling VMI Programs for our customers, with + 4,000 Parts and more than 10,000 bin locations.- Working in conjunction with the Sales Department in Projects such as Quoting, VA / VE, Margin Recuperation.- Hiring and training staff (scouting, Interviewing and development).

- Working on Sales Goals and Projections, managing daily Operations and supervising all the customers’ requirements, as well creating and maintaining a good relation with the customers (+ $5 MM USD).- Ordering and controlling the parts, using their Forecast.- Training and Hiring new staff, plan for developing their skills.- Leading meetings with Management Levels (Quarterly Meetings).- Knowledge on Import-Export, working with the program IMMEX.

- Projecting sales according to the actives account, and the new business in the Pipeline ( + 3 MM USD).- Landing new business for the company, using Intro-Meetings, Process Mappings, and making sales call.- Installing and managing, Vending Machines, VMI, KanBan Systems.- Hiring and training new personnel (interviews and recruiting).- Creating PO´s for the Vendors according to the customer needs.- Working with Financial Reports, such as Daily Average Growth, Days OnHand, Days Out, Year To Date Growth, etc.
