Improve communication between first and second shift.• Created Standards Procedures for coating pallets validation and created a new pallet that provided more than an 80% reduction on defects for a Hellfire program, saving 700K for the program.• Identification of Cost savings over $2 million by identifying the HF CCA processes bottlenecks and designing and implementing several cost improvement initiatives; hand solder, bonding, and fastener installation automation. Also, elimination of post wave solder touch up by redesigning the wave solder pallets and improving the first pass yield from 20% to 100%.• Developed Lean system to organized and improve the offline assets disposition turnaround. This resulted in a significant burndown offline asset and helped identified and prioritize the highest rejection rate failure modes that lead to the process improvements mentioned above.• Work with Staff ME to create a Takt time Vs Cycle time model to assess line bottlenecks and capacity planning. As a result, adjustments will be made to improve line flow, that result will be a 15% throughput increase.
