During my 5+ years of working experience, I've learned that I have strong analytical, learning and teaching skills. Excellent time management and planning capabilities. Because I've had the chance to work on multiple environments and business types, with people with different skills and backgrounds, I've learned that I developed great people management, communication and engagement skills. I am capable to work under pressure and raising the bar when it comes to delivering results and expectations.Although my education background was initially focused on Accounting and administration, I quickly noticed my passion for the Human Resources field and didn't waste time on building a resume and a career on it, which is still under development and constantly improving.
