Responsible of the definition and development of strategies for the implementation of engineering changes with a focus in cost savings.Main activities:> Coordinator of a work team conformed for 5 engineering changes coordinators, 3 Administrators of master data in SAP and 2 Power Users in SAP.> Responsible of the presentation to the management of the results of the execution, evaluation of the impacts, visibility of the engineering changes in the future and the obsolescence of materials generated by an engineering change. > Coordination of the strategy and improvement policies in the planning and creation of part numbers in SAP system. > Coordinate and supervise the plans of training and the level of knowledge of the purchasing and logistics departments.

Responsible of the harmonization and implementantation of the enginnering changes in the program Learjet 85.Main activities:> Maintain high communication with the departments of engineering, methods, production, quality, purchasing & logistics for proper harmonization in the engineering changes. > Technical support to departments affected by a change in product configuration. > Harmonization of the engineering changes in the product line ensuring not affecting the production. > Coordination and support in the reduction and elimination of obsolete materials due an engineering change. > Coordination and Support to obtain quotes and lead times of new materials due an engineering change. > Developing strategies and plans to support the establishment of a successful transition in the engineering changes and with this obtaining the best benefits. > Validation of BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Assembly’s, Sub-assemblies and detail parts in SAP system.

Responsible of the MRP views creation and mantainance in SAP system.Main activities:> Creation of the MRP views in SAP system for purchase parts and in house parts and the maintenance of the same. > Responsible for performing the analysis to determine the parameters of creation and / or modification in the structure of parts and components in SAP system > Validation of BOM, Routing, Work Centers, assemblies and sub-assemblies.> Managing databases with more than 8,000 part numbers.

Responsible of the shipping operations in the learjet 85 program.Main activities:> Coordination of a work team of 5 operative workers.> Logistic Management of domestic and international air and ground shipments. > Coordination of shipment of finished products. > Planning delivery routes and the capacity of the trucks.> Creation of invoices and airway bills> Tracking shipments to their final destination.> Safety and 5s focus.
