• I achieved an investment in kind of USD $500,000 for counterpart organizations in Latin America by creating a bridge between South Korea's (KAMCO), the Inter-American Development Bank, (IDB) and INDAABIN.• I developed effective partnerships that allowed Mexico to be the head of the international collaboration network “The Workplace Network” for the first time in 25 years.• I served as an institutional liaison with other countries and agencies and integrated the first Network of Administrators of Public Heritage of Latin America for the knowledge, exchange and development of best practices in the region.• I coordinated the actions that allowed the publication of the first Spanish-speaking book on comparative public policy in federal property management.• I designed, developed and implemented the "Valor Mexico" Foundation. • I designed and developed in coordination with the Communication Council the Social Movement "My Mexico”, of which I am the official spokesperson.• I successfully coordinated the TWN World Conventions, Valuation Standards Forum, W4, RAPPAL, IVSC and IRWA among others.• I represented Mexico in different forums worldwide and participated in negotiations related to the northern and southern border ports.• I adapted and implemented best practices of Human Capital of the Private Initiative in the Public Function with a high organizational impact.• I contributed to the positioning and strengthening of the agenda and image of our head of the Institute, as an advisor in her political career to reach a position as Federal Deputy.

During this time in my life, I tried my luck as an entrepreneur by setting up a Car Wash Station with an investment of more than 1 million pesos. I learned a lot from this experience in all senses: financial, technical, as a boss, as an employee, as a negotiator, as a manager with suppliers and authorities, in short, the whole range of positions that you can experience when setting up your own business. It was a time full of satisfaction but I am convinced that I feel and perform better in the corporate world.
