As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, my mission is to work with Cloud infrastructure technology to deploy, scale, and manage ‌the Sharefile platform products to meet our customer's business needs. As an IT Technician, I diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components. I install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. I routinely interact with various departments and levels and listen to their technical needs and implement IT solutions to resolve. I oversee the Local IT management where I perform configuration, maintenance and testing of the network, radio link and IT equipment such servers, storage appliances and personal computer as a local IT manager. In this position I am in charge of the correct use of the hardware and software that all the collaborators use to complete their job.

I currently complete preventive and corrective maintenance for navigation and communications equipment between the Air Traffic Control or Control Towers and the aircraft. This is completed in different locations where we need to test communication, configuration and state of the equipment on each area.

I was in charge of the execution, calculation, testing and sampling of tester cards for semiconductorcomponents such RAM memories and Microprocessors. I was also in charge of determining the next steps of testing for the components we worked for, also, regarding to the recommendations of possible needed to for the best performance and work of the components.

Performed body repairs for mobile devices such as repairing a cracked or scratched screen or replacing buttons on the keypad. Completed troubleshooting related configuration on different operating systems for mobile devices where I made sure of finding the different errors and then fixing them if possible.
