Founding partner of DOPORTO ABOGADOS, graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Iberoamericana, the Law School of the University of North Carolina and the Panthéon Assas University, in Commercial Law. He is a Master in Tax Law by the Law Free School and at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico.He is the author of "Regulation of the Futures Market in Mexico" (1999) and a member of the Mexican Bar Association. His areas of practice include international tax, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and corporate law.
