The Associated General Contractors (AGC), University of Arizona Chapter chapter of AGC is dedicated to advancing knowledge about the construction industry and fostering relationships with the construction industry. In May 2022, I was elected to be president of this student chapter during my senior year. As an active member of this chapter, I was selected to be part of the ASC Region 6 & 7 2022 Student Competition Heavy Civil Team. This upcoming February we will compete once again in Reno, NV.

During this project I was able to contribute with the following tasks: Crew Management (work procurements, tracking labor hours, safety, quality control revisions, submittals). Potential Change Order tracking and logging. Quantity takeoffs, drawing/reading plans, drafting workplans. Subcontractors (quantity tracking and scheduling) i.e. A-Core Concrete, Piping & Corrosion, American Abatement. Cost Analysis, worked closely with project engineers to analyze and report on weekly cost reports.
