I am ready to go back to my roots in the supervisory budget analysis arena as this is the area that allows my desire to streamline and improve business and budget processes to excel.As the Budget Officer for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Service Center Initiative (SCI), I established new protocols for the budget formulation, justification, and execution. Because information technology was a big portion of our budget, I helped negotiate changing the appropriation from an annual appropriation to a 2-year appropriation. This change resulted in significant savings of taxpayers money and allowed for implementation of the information technology portion of SCI in a more efficient manner.As a business owner, I expanded my business from approximately $100,000 gross revenue the first year of operations to close to $1,000,000 at its peak. Accomplished this expansion without the need of any advertising and by relying strictly on referrals from satisfied business owners. Established lasting business relationships as they were critical to my business growth.As a Public Adjuster, learned to read an interpret policy language an, also, how to apply contract law to policy language interpretation. I took classes and received certifications that, although not needed for public adjuster licensing, give me a competitive edge over other adjusters,I am ready to go back to management, improving business processes, and working with all facets of multi-million dollar budgets.
