Support global telecommunications projects in aspects such as engineering, design, planning, strategy, budget and customer service.Contribute to the growth of the organization through the design and technical development of new projects that leverage the sustainability of the organization.Work with external service providers, product engineers, and internal key stakeholders to ensure that all steps of incorporating new products and/or services for building private networks in the industry sector are completed and compliant with the requirements for the projects success.Analyze business opportunities for the construction of private networks in the industrial sector and develop strategies within the company that allow them to win in the different opportunities that they participate in.Work hand in hand with service providers to develop, harmonize and approve test protocols in all outsourced services that are required.Ensure that all procedures for incorporating new products and/or services are well defined and standardized for all related third parties.Support investigations and technical non-compliance events of projects and support all identified corrective or preventive actions resulting from the investigations.Ensure the timely closure of all complaints, events related to the solutions provided to customers.Work closely with the company's global technical team, technically evaluating the products and solutions marketed by the company.

Manage the engineering and planning of access networks to include infrastructure, equipment, fiber optic material and coaxial cable for the provision of television, internet, telephonic, managed services and datacenter. Responsible for the planning of technical and human resources, budget administration, management of technological investment projects, engineering and implementation of the product roadmap, the definition and training of technical standards, processes, indicators, approval and implementation of new telecommunications technologies and services that generate profitability for the company and that allow supporting the strategic plan to meet the revenue, EBITDA and customer satisfaction goals.

Optical networks such as GPON, FTTH, HFC among others (at a metropolitan and inter municipal level) and Docsis for the provision of mobile, residential and business services. Consulted on the demand for technical, human, budget and project management resources to support expansion as well as operation and maintenance plans.

Manage the desgin, engineering, and planning of the comunications infrastructure, IP backbone, transmission, access and optical networks; television, internet, telephonic and datacenter services.Define the budget, human, technical resources and invesment projects. Define tecnical norms, processes, indicators and approval of new technologies.

Lead the design and implementation of operational and technical strategy of the HFC network at the national level, planning and execution of network expansion, human and technical resource management to guarantee the maintenance, performance and availability of the network, planning and implementing the design of new services on the HFC network, engineering, support and commissioning of new projects and businesses of the company. Evaluated the technical and financial viability of projects, negotiation and contracting of infrastructure and budget control.
