Head Housekeeper at 5 Carlos Place - MATCHESFASHION's retail, event and creative broadcasting space which brings together the online shopping and content experience into one permanent London residence.- Maintaining overall cleanliness and hygiene standards in the house; including private shopping suites & luxury retail space- Managing a team of 4 housekeepers to ensure exceptional standards are met on a daily basis- Assisting with deliveries and collections of luxury goods, as well as event props and stock- Keeping clear communication with building maintenance teams- Servicing high tier clients in private shopping appointments & exclusive events (UHNWI)- Safeguarding against theft and intrusion- Managing stock levels of cleaning equipment and consumables- Forecasting cleaning operations for events held at the house- Reporting on quality of works completed on site by contractors

• Taking clients through the legal documentation required to formally undergo a personal injury claim• Managing my own client database which is constantly changing/fluctuating• Upholding appointment times set with clients• Handling the responsibility of convincing a client to sign with our firm• Objection handling the complaints and grievances of clients• Working towards team and individual targets in regards to both intake and customer service expectations• Gaining an in depth understanding of the Legal Sector, particularly within Personal Injury

• Making appointments for a Legal Contract Explainer to take clients through legal documentation • Deliver excellent levels of customer service to every client to ensure the ‘client journey’ is upheld • Managing a daily changing client base • Chasing signed contracts from clients after its explanation and obtaining compliance documentation

• Taking clients through a personal injury assessment call• Liaising with TP insurance companies and local authorities to obtain information relevant to the progression of a personal injury claim • Making the decision on whether the claim can be accepted by the company before qualifying the claim • Understanding whether the claim meets the firm’s specific criteria and explaining these criteria to the client • Performing fraud calls to ensure multiple passenger vehicle claims aren’t wrongly carried out by the firm • Working under pressure to consistently hit sales targets set by the firm’s monthly intake count
