Corporate and On & Off shore divisions experience, reporting to Board of Directors and Shareholders.* Lead Accounting, Taxes, Treasury, Payroll, Management Control and Insurance, among others in ERP tools; presentation and interpretation. * Conducted operating budget process US$ 360 Millions, integrating operational with financial areas, providing useful information for executive decision-making. * Responsible for the corporate aircraft taxi service; facing to the authority compliance and mandatory regulations such as documentation, operation & maintenance, to guarantee the optimal operation of the aircrafts. * Financial and operational management of corporate property, development of projects and their operation. Special commission of shareholders' personal business and asset management; evaluation of special commercial or investment projects. * Management and sponsor of the US/Mex procurement companies, optimizing the supply chain for the group companies and external clients, with Revenue over US$ 7 Millions.* Deal directly with financial institutions to obtain operations financing, and design financial strategies to face economic challenges of the environment, managing resources up to US$ 60 Millions. * Team member of SAP implementation.* Member of the Committee for the implementation of the ISO 9000, OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 systems; and auditor of the systems with field effective auditories.

Main Responsabilities reporting to F&Amanager / Controller:*Coordination of the 5 divisions master budget of operation US$ 130 Million (US & MX); consolidating production, Revenue, Opex, SG&A and Capex for financial statements build up. * Cost production analysis (considering high volumes of products; by model, line, division and customer).* Gather the management information reporting to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Court suscribers in the US.

Main responsabilities reporting to F&A manager:* Coordination of the management control system for 2 companies; and consolidation of the master budget consolidating operation, Capex, Opex, Overhead and cash flows in to financial statements; build up of KPIs for managers and headquarters in Brazil (reporting in Hyperion).* Management and obtaining of insurance and reinsurance, guarantees and stand-by letters.* Internal auditor of the OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 systems with audit activities in operations.
