Driven by missions centered on access, education and empowerment, I strive to build and maintain strong relationships with important stakeholders and motivate others to yield best results in their professional growth. I am a team-focused leader with over 10 years of experience in both local and national non-profit organizations. Focusing on collaboration, retention and strategic engagement is a priority for me; I am a community builder who believes that together, we can always achieve more. I grew up in South Shore, Massachusetts. I earned my undergraduate degree from The University of New Hampshire. Soon after that, I discovered City Year, where I supported national recruitment and admissions for 5 years before transitioning into development work.
