Inventory Planner Parts
Current• Develop and drive the spare parts inventory optimization processes for each region in Finning South America (Argentina, Bolivia and Chile).• Responsible for structuring, leading and compiling data and reports in Excel and PowerBI to achieve proper inventory management, with the objective to increase the inventory quality required in each territory, this includes direct communication with area leaders and Supply Chain from other countries.• Project spare parts surplus return volumes to CAT and their subsequent execution aligned with corporate processes, this includes coordinating and consolidating with all FINSA territories.• Coordinate sales exports of spare parts to other FINSA Territories and CAT dealers around the world.• Project volumes associated with scrap or any process that involves inventory management and that will have effects on costs or expenses, with the aim of providing visibility to the corresponding finance and business units.• Propose business plans for the sale of obsolete inventories, liquidation initiatives, monitoring and traceability of the process.
