Currently performing PMO - Scrum Master activities in a S/4HANA implementation for one of the largest conserves producers in Mexico with a team +40 headcount and +3.5M USD of revenueMy main responsibilities are:-Achieve results according to the project plan-Mentoring team and customer with agile best practices-Establish and measure KPI's-Pipeline management-Issues and risk management

-Financial control for a large-complex project +100 headcount and +4M usd revenue per quarter-Forecast control and analysis.-Focal point between Project Executives, Delivery Managers and Project Managers and other staff areas such as Procurement, HR, Finance, Account Payable and others.

Responsabilites included:- Financial assistant/accounts receivable. I control an end-to-end billing process for Banorte’s Account.- HR assistant. I provide new hires the process and procedures to have all their tools working properly.- Management of all logical and physical to client’s accesses.

Responsabilites included determine and evaluate KPI's, human, TI and resources management and feedback delivery. I also implemented performance reports that help to take decissions to the customer.Achievements:-Reduce by 18 hours the Response Time through email.-Increase by 13% Customer Satisfaction.-I purposed the analystics reporting to the client.
