My areas of expertise are Lean Cultural Transformations, including Organizational Development interventions for Transformative Change, building and deploying Lean/Continuous Improvement business systems for Operational Excellence in muti-site environments and in various industries.My mission is to build and implement the Company-wider Lean Business Systems, leading Strategic Planning and deployment, coaching Kaizen events, creating and delivering training materials, and developing Lean competencies in leaders and coworkers at all levels.
