With over 25 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management and Lean & Six Sigma, I have developed deep knowledge and a tracking record of Organizational Performance Improvements. My areas of expertise are Lean Cultural Transformations, including Organizational Development interventions for Transformative Change, building and deploying Lean/Continuous Improvement business systems for Operational Excellence in muti-site environments and in various industries.My mission is to build and implement the Company-wider Lean Business Systems, leading Strategic Planning and deployment, coaching Kaizen events, creating and delivering training materials, and developing Lean competencies in leaders and coworkers at all levels. I also facilitate impactful improvements through Continuous Improvement focused events, utilizing Lean and OD tools, Kaizen funnel process, and systems to improve Key Performance Indicators. I am passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and empowering teams to achieve high-performance results.
