Responsible for directing the operations of the Graphic and Sign Production Department through a wide range of duties related to the physical production of signs and graphics, including planning, scheduling, quality control, staff supervision, prioritizing, communicating job expectations, monitoring job progress to meet timelines, providing staff with technical assistance to maintain shop equipment, research new equipment, materials and methods to broaden relevant capability, posting production orders on daily basis to update progress in ERP system, and maintaining documentation of past work.• Planning, scheduling, goal setting, backlog management and productivity tracking of Graphic/Sign Production Department thru software like Monday, Projects (Microsoft) and digital visualization tools like Power BI.• Implementing and modifying workflows for best practices, efficiency and quality.• Ensuring maintenance of graphic equipment. • Updating and maintaining standards for graphic and sign production methods.• Consolidating, posting and closing work orders. • Work with Project Managers to help interpret client needs and develop appropriate production methods.• Keeping current on new techniques, procedures, materials, in the graphic production field. • Identifying problems and opportunities for improvement/cost savings; recommending and implementing actions to address these. • Overseeing department administration, replenishment of materials, authorization of expenses, maintain and approve timesheets.• Communicating job requirements and expected results to staff. • Motivating staff to ensure all deadlines are met. • Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to Health and Safety and Corporate policies• Providing staff with technical assistance and training to develop production and installation skills.• Supervise basic installations and complete more advanced installations with appropriate staff.

• Manage the Instructional Design technology, tools, and resources.• Analyze, build, develop and maintain new hire training program(s).• Perform business and performance analysis to determine training objectives, goals, and learner characteristics such as existing knowledge and skill level, as well as knowledge and skill gaps.• Use knowledge of instructional system design (ISD) and technologies, and adult learning theory to propose learning solutions that are cost-effective, easy-to-create and maintain, visually and instructional compelling and that provide a rewarding experience for the learner.• Establish goals and learning objectives to design appropriate and effective curriculum by leveraging instructional design methodology.

• Supervision Department production of digital prints (personal work and marketing campaigns). Attendant a workforce of: 30 employees direct and 4 indirect. • Analyzes work orders to estimated worker hours and create production schedules that meet both internal and external needs. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedule. • Directs and supervises activities of machine operators and production workflow.• Trains, coaches and reviews performance of employees. Works with HR for employee discipline issues, terminations and recruitment. • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.• Keep up to date inventory, organize and participate in the semiannual inventory and audits. Request purchase orders for tools and materials.• Completes reports for production numbers, down time, attendance, overtime and quality check and submits to Production Manager. • Prepare reports of damage to machinery, request technical support and follow up.
