Improved performance of the logistics operators through negotiation and operational management of distribution centers and Cross-Docks.Accomplishments: - Decreased incidents for LATAM final customer due for damage on product by 5,284 dollars (56% less than 2015) and 90% less pest incidents vs 2015 with savings of 43,000 dollars, through risk analysis synergy between final customer and warehouse operation. This project maintained 2016 on incident targets.
