With an MBA in mathematics and statistics from THWS and a BBA in strategic management from the University of Potsdam, I bring a unique combination of skills and expertise to Century Furniture, where I have been working as a regional sales director since August 2021. In this role, I oversee and manage the sales performance and operations of a regional team of sales representatives, covering multiple territories and product lines. I collaborate and interact with senior management, marketing, and product development teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities, establish and maintain customer relationships, and negotiate and close deals. I also support and motivate my team members, providing them with coaching, feedback, and training, and ensuring that they adhere to the company's values, standards, and policies. By leveraging my skills and expertise in consumer products sales, mathematics, and statistics, I have been able to drive sustained growth and achieve sales targets for Century Furniture, while also bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and creating a positive and productive work environment for our sales staff. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a sales leader, and to contribute to the success and vision of Century Furniture.
