From the Carnes y Bebidas paraiso´ beginning I have shared some responsibilities with special coordination like plan, organize, direct, control, negotiate and evaluate operations in the company and at the same time, colaborate in the meat process, however In the last two years I have been the only responsible for preparing standard and special cut of meats, mainly beef, pork and chicken for sale in retail and wholesale,As a company we have overpassed several obstacles, some of them shocking, which clearly show our commitment. In order to continue operating, we mixed traditional meat process with sausage production, in this moment we can offer three products manufacturing by ourselves in handcrafted scale. Experience, adaptation and desire, allows us to be present and open now days.
