I’m considered as a hands on leader and focused in developing Profitable and growing business.Since I started my professional career I’ve been collaborating with US companies developing LATAM market by working on introducing new products/brands and developing long term relationship with Retailers and Channel Partners.My experience is relative to a wide kind of categories and products always focused on Retail business model. Consumer segment has been my passion, learnings, expertise and achievements. I have been leading Sales and Marketing teams to develop, execute business plans and achieve goals. In the Sales teams part collaborating with teams focused in segments such as Retail, Alliances and SMB/Channels. In the case of Marketing led Product Marketing, Trade Marketing and Marketing Services teams.Participated in developing Best Practice leverage from US and other geographies to maximize resources and innovate in new regions/Retailers. I have led many projects to achieve improved product exhibition at a Point of Sale level increasing product awarness and demand generation.Worked as responsible of the P&L of the business achieving profit improvement and managing the investment of marketing funds to apply in Programs and Allowances to Retailers and Channel Partners to get the business operations and resources in control as well as developing promotions to increase sellout of Retail and Channel inventory.Implemented Account Management methodology of work by coaching sales teams to improve results in the organization. During my professional career I have been awarded with the President's Club Award at HP and Latin America Excellence Award at Lexmark. I have achieve and exceed Profit goals, Sales growth, Market Share improvements accordingly to the challenges I’ve been collaborating at.
