About Luis Duran

In senior leadership roles and along the journey, I have embraced the "T-Shape" model of learning and development. This path has equipped me with both depth and breadth across the full employee lifecycle and in a variety of products, offerings, domains, industries and Business Units. Currently, I lead HR for Finastra’s Payments Business, one of our fastest-growing and strategic domains. My mission is to drive engagement and grow our Finastra Payments business by reinventing people, systems and culture.
