From 2011 to 2014 was a Researcher at CPqD Foundation, working as Technical Leader of the optical transmission team. From 2015 to 2017 he was at BrPhotonics as Director of Advanced Systems and CTO, a high-tech startup developing devices for the optical telecom market such as LASERs, Modulators, Receivers, and ASICs. He joined IDEA! Electronic Systems on December 2017 as the Photonics Director and is currently working on high-technology development services. Has 6 patents and more than 90 papers published in leading journals and conferences in the field of photonics and optical communications.
