I am the Head of Global Health Economics and of US HEOR at Takeda Oncology. I lead the teams responsible for developing the Global and US HEOR strategy and evidence generation to demonstrate the value of our innovative medicines for patients, payers, health systems and society to accelerate and sustain access across the world; for supporting value-based pricing; and for shaping the environment in HEOR and real-world evidence areas that may impact market access. Current areas of focus for my teams include: 1. Develop an integrated evidence generation plan framework for the organization, as well as a RWE strategic roadmap2. HEOR publications to develop proactive field materials for discussions with healthcare decision-makers3. Digital and AI for evidence and content synthesis and generation, to plan and prepare for tight HTA submission timelines and to adapt swiftly and tailor information and content across markets4. Owning the disease using beyond-the-pill approaches to improve patient adherence and outcomes, while collecting valuable real-world data on individual healthcare journeys and outcomes5. Planning for profile of EU Joint Clinical Assessments, US CMS Assessments, and of population healthcare decision makers in US strategic accountsI have more than 17 years of experience in HEOR, evidence generation planning, market access, and cross functional team leadership and management.
