I am a cashier with one other person. My job is to take orders and provide excellent customer service. I must have knowledge of all items on the menu as well as be able to describe how all meats are prepared. I also take orders on the phone and bag any orders to go. As I bag food, I must make sure all items that are listed in the order are present. Then I observe for quality of the meal to catch any mistakes. The goal is to get it right the first time for max customer satisfaction.
