Supervise all finance operations for Seamless Textiles located in PR (2 plants) and DR (1 Sewing Plants)•Responsible for all Financial, Inventory Cost and Administrative functions. Responsible for the development of financial operating plans as well as quarterly, monthly and weekly revisions to ensure compliance to plan.•Supervise Cost, Finance, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Payroll areas by preparing and implementing strategies to meet organization and enterprise goals.•Analyze inventory and performance variances information to local management and corporate office.•Responsible of preparations and presentation of annual budgets to set up the standard unit cost. Supervise controls for budget compliance all across the organization. •Ensure compliance of Corporate Guidelines and Policies for the Finance Department.•Support organization to transfer process from Puerto Rico to Dom. Republic, implementing internal controls, budgets, fixed assets transfer, etc.•Supervise all transactions and documentation accomplish with SOX policies•Involved and support other departments on implementing Lean Manufacturing culture, Continuous Flow production, Kaizen, 5’s, ISO9000 certification, WRAP, etc.•Attend PWC annual audit
