o Interim Finance Manager - Brazil •Led the Stabilization of recently implemented SSC processes and further enhanced productivity through additional process design. •Coached and guided the local financial operations team in the proper management and executions of the processes. •Built strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders in Brazil and facilitated effective communication between the country and SSC teams. •Provided detailed orientation to new Brazil Finance Manager.o Mexico SSC Integration Project •Implemented the Shared Services Center processes for Payments, Cash Management and Credit Cards, and delivered training of all the Procurement to Pay processes including Accounts Payable. This included the capacity-planning model that allowed for the redeployment of resources. •Led the stabilization of recently implemented SSC processes and coached the team members in proper management of the processes and communication with the SSC. •Implemented Treasury tools, prepaid cards and updated Bank signatories. •Led analysis, design and implementation of the new SSC process to replace the Brazil indirect Tax Management accounting process.
